AS Flightlines has developed a replacement oil hose kit for the RV12 with the 912ULS engine.

The current specified replacement interval for the VA213, VA214, and VA215 Oil hoses is 10 years.

The AS Flightlines replacement utilizes all Conductive Teflon hoses, with Stainless ends. In addition, our hoses come with a 10 year warranty on them.

One of the concerns that we have heard from customers is that the CLEARANCE on the standard 90 degree hose fitting on the muffler varies from aircraft to aircraft but is minimal at about 1/8”

Our version of the kit utilizes a Banjo for increased muffler clearance.

This version was developed to address the minimal clearance of the 90 degree hose fitting on the bottom of the engine.  This version utilizes a specially designed Rotax Banjo on the bottom of the engine and allows for a much greater clearance between the hose and muffler.
